Policies
The rules, written so you can read them.
Three things: how an order works, what happens to your details, and what Bry does if something arrives wrong. No small print, because there is no small print.

Terms of sale
These terms cover anything you buy from Shirella Store, LLC, a limited liability company in Dacula, Georgia. Placing an order means you agree to them.
What we make
Almost everything here is custom, made to order for one person or one group. Nothing is pulled off a shelf. That single fact shapes every other term on this page.
How an order actually forms
- You send a brief. That is not an order and it does not commit you to anything.
- Bry replies with any questions, a price, and a proof.
- You approve the proof and the price.
- You pay, and only then does anything get printed.
The order becomes binding at the point you approve the proof and pay. Before that, you can walk away and owe nothing.
The proof is the agreement
What is on the approved proof is what gets printed. Spelling, spacing, colors, placement and sizes all count. Please read it twice. If you spot a mistake after approving, tell Bry straight away, because if it has not reached the press yet she may be able to stop it. Once a garment is printed it cannot be unprinted.
Artwork you send us
When you send artwork, a logo, a photo or wording, you are telling us you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of your own artwork. You are responsible for anything you ask us to reproduce, and you agree to cover us if somebody makes a claim against us because of artwork you supplied.
Bry will turn down work she cannot legally print. That includes other people's logos, brands and characters, and anything hateful or harassing. This is not a judgement of you. It is the line a print shop has to hold.
Prices and payment
Custom prices depend on the garment, the print size, the number of colors, the placement and how many you need, which is why they are quoted per order rather than listed. A quote is good for the order it was given for. Payment is by PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or debit and credit card. Shop prices are shown on the item and include nothing hidden.
When it is due depends on how you ordered:
- Team and group orders arranged with Bry. Half the total is due as a deposit before production starts, and the other half before the order ships.
- Any other custom order arranged with Bry. Payment in full before production starts.
- Items bought directly from the shop. Paid in full through PayPal at the time you order, the way any online purchase works. These are designs that already exist, so there is no proof stage and nothing is held back.
Delivery
Everything is shipped. Shirella Store does not offer collection in person, so every order travels to you wherever you are in the United States.
Shop orders carry a flat $6 shipping charge however many items are in them, shown in the total before you pay. On a custom order shipping is quoted with your proof, so you see it before you pay rather than after; it usually runs about $6 for a single item and about $16 for a group order, but those are typical costs rather than a fixed rate.
Timing
Most orders go out five to seven working days after you approve the proof. That is an estimate made in good faith, not a guarantee. If a date genuinely matters, say so before you order and Bry will tell you honestly whether it can be met. Once a parcel is with the carrier, how fast it moves is not something we control.
Where the risk sits
Bry stands behind her work, and the remake promise below is real. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, what we owe you for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as an event going ahead without the shirts.
The boring but necessary part
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any single term turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stand. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. The version that applies to your order is the one that was published when you placed it.
Privacy
The short version: Bry needs your name, your email and your idea in order to answer you. She does not need anything else, so this site does not collect anything else.
What this website collects
Only what you type into a form and press send on. That is your name, your email address, your message, and whichever optional details you chose to fill in, such as quantity, sizes, colors, wording and a date. If you attach a file, that comes too.
There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up hidden in the form, and no field that exists to profile you.
What this website does not do
This is the part most privacy policies are vague about, so here it is plainly. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no tracker of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser. That is why you have never seen a cookie banner here, and why there is nothing for you to opt out of.
Where your message goes
Straight to Bry's inbox at info@shirellastore.com, and a copy of it back to you so you have a record. Three companies touch it on the way, and none of them get it for their own purposes:
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the code that handles the form.
- Resend delivers the two emails.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this page is set in, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads. If that bothers you, a font blocker stops it and the site still works.
IP addresses
When you submit a form, the code holds your IP address in memory for sixty seconds, purely to stop a bot submitting the same form hundreds of times. It is never written to a database, never linked to your message, and it is gone a minute later.
How long anything is kept
Your message lives in Bry's email, the same way any email does, for as long as it is useful to have a record of your order. Ask her to delete it and she will.
What we never do
Your details are never sold, rented, traded or shared for marketing, by us or by anybody else. There is no list. Bry uses your email to answer you about your order, and that is the end of it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and it will be removed.
Asking about your information
Email info@shirellastore.com or call (678) 387-8164 and ask to see, correct or delete what we hold. A real person answers, and you do not have to explain why.
Refunds and remakes
Custom work is made for one person and cannot go back on a shelf, so this is not a thirty day returns policy and it would be dishonest to dress it up as one. What you get instead is a proof before anything is printed, and a remake if we get it wrong.
If we got it wrong, we remake it
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the proof you approved, message Bry and she remakes it at no cost to you. That is the whole policy. You are not paying twice for our mistake and you are not going to be argued with.
Please tell us within 3 days of delivery and send a photo if you can. The photo is not us doubting you. It is how Bry works out whether it was the press, the garment or the carrier, so the same thing does not happen to the next person.
If the approved proof was wrong
If a typo or a wrong size made it onto the proof and you approved it, that one is not covered by a free remake, because the proof is the point at which it gets caught. Reprinting it is a new order at the normal price.
Changing your mind
Before production starts, you can cancel and be refunded in full. Once your design is on a garment it cannot be undone or resold, so it cannot be refunded at that point. Bry will always tell you where your order is if you ask.
Fit and sizing
Brands do not size consistently, which is why Bry will tell you how a particular garment runs before it is printed if you ask. A garment that fits differently than you hoped is not a fault, and a printed custom piece cannot be exchanged for another size. Asking first costs one message.
How to start any of this
Message Bry at info@shirellastore.com, call (678) 387-8164, or use the contact form. She reads them all herself.
Tell Bry what you have in mind.
You do not need a finished design. An idea is enough to start, and nothing gets printed until you have seen a proof and said yes.
