Images, PDFs, and design files up to 5 MB go straight through the order form. If what you have is bigger than that or in some other format, send the order without it and Bry will tell you where to send the file.

Yes, and they're a big part of the work. Same design across a crew, a shift, a classroom or a reunion, with each person's name if you want it. Send the name list however you have it and Bry sorts it out.

Apparel starts around $18. The real number depends on the garment, how big the print is, how many colors it uses, where it goes and how many you need, so Bry quotes it once she knows what you're making. You get the price before you commit to anything.

You approve a proof first. If it's wrong, it gets fixed before anything is printed.

Changes are free, and nobody's counting how many times you ask. You say when it's right.

Tell Bry the sizes you have in mind and she'll tell you how that particular garment runs before it's printed. Brands aren't consistent with each other, so it's worth the one message. In the shop, tees are Gildan Softstyle 64000 or, for $3 more, Bella+Canvas 3001, and sweatshirts and hoodies are Gildan, with the measurements under Size and fit on each piece. A custom order can be Gildan or Bella+Canvas, whichever you pick in the order form.

Yes, for a short while. A shop order can go to another size, or be cancelled and refunded in full, within six hours of placing it. Message or call Bry in that time. If the new size costs more, you pay the difference, and if it costs less, she refunds it. A custom order can be changed or cancelled within eight hours of approving your proof. After that, neither one can be changed.

Most orders go out in five to seven days once you approve the proof, and an order of eight pieces or more takes ten to twelve. If it's done sooner, it goes out sooner. The clock starts when you approve the proof, so the sooner you reply, the sooner it ships. A shop order has no proof, so its clock starts when you pay.

Usually, yes. Put the date in the order form and Bry will tell you straight away whether she can make it.

In the shop, shipping is built into the price, so it's free anywhere in Georgia. Outside Georgia it's $6 an order, however many you buy, and you see it in the total before you pay. On a custom order, shipping in Georgia is part of the price Bry quotes. Elsewhere it's usually around $7 for a single item and around $16 for a group order, and the exact amount comes to you with your proof. Either way there's no charge that turns up later.

Yes, if you're in the Dacula and Gwinnett area, and pickup is free. In the shop, choose pickup in your bag before you pay, and $6 comes off the order since nothing gets posted. On a custom order, tell Bry when you send it. Once it's ready she messages you to set a time and a public place to meet.

Yes. You get the ship date and the tracking number, so there's nobody to chase.

Wash it inside out in cold and hang it to dry and it holds. Every piece is pressed at the right setting for its material. A default setting is most of why prints fail.

Message Bry within three days of it arriving and she'll remake it. Custom work is made for one person and can't go back on a shelf, so the fix is a remake rather than a return, and you don't pay twice for her mistake. The full wording is in the refund policy.

Yes, Georgia sales tax on anything delivered in Georgia, pickup included. It's the rate for the county it's delivered to, so it depends on where you are. In the shop you see the exact amount before you pay, once you've given your ZIP code. Orders shipped outside Georgia have no sales tax added. On a custom order Bry adds it to the price she quotes.
